Terms of Service

Graph Tree is operated by PULSE ADVISORY - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence no. 55486, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority), IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use Graph Tree at graph-tree.com (the "service"). By using the service or buying access, you agree to them.

1. The service

Graph Tree lets you break a KPI into the drivers that produce it, visualise it as a tree of charts and export it as an image or a presentation file. Anyone can explore the examples. Building trees from your own data, saving them and exporting them requires a paid plan ("Pro").

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn account. Keep that account secure: anything done through your Graph Tree account is your responsibility. One account is for one person. Don't share access.

3. Plans and payment

• Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We'll tell you by email before any price change applies to your renewals.
• You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription" in your account menu or from the link in your Paddle receipt emails. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid.
• Day and week passes are one-time payments. They give Pro for a fixed period starting when the payment is confirmed, and they don't renew.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. Checkout, payment, invoices and tax are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, under its own buyer terms. Paddle appears on your bank statement and receipts. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause Pro until the payment method is updated.

4. Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals, with no questions asked. Email support@graph-tree.com from the address on your account with the order ID from your Paddle receipt; approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. A refund ends Pro access for the refunded period. See the full Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.

5. Your content

Your data, your trees and the files you export belong to you. Your data stays in your browser and is not uploaded to us. We don't claim any right over what you create, and you can use your exports for any purpose, including commercial work.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to bypass the Pro restrictions, resell or redistribute access, overload the service, reverse engineer it to build a competing product, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Accuracy

Graph Tree computes values, growth rates and consistency checks from the numbers you enter. We work to keep these calculations correct, but the service is a presentation tool, not financial advice. Check important figures before relying on them.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we stop the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any period already paid.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@graph-tree.com. Deleting your account cancels any subscription; access already paid for ends with the account and is not refunded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
